Study the Impact of Climate Changes on Medium and Small Economic Activities in Central and Southern Iraq

Introduction:

Climate change refers to long-term shifts in temperature, precipitation patterns, wind patterns, and other aspects of the climate system and weather patterns. Climate change is primarily caused by human activities, particularly the emissions of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide (CO2) and methane (CH4), which trap heat in the Earth’s at- mosphere. These emissions result from fossil fuel combustion, deforestation, industrial processes, and agricultural practices.

Greenhouse gases accumulate in the atmosphere, leading to the phenomenon of the greenhouse effect and the resulting global warming. Climate change impacts various aspects of the planet, including weather patterns, sea-level rise, ecosystems, and human communities.
